Good Project for engine swap

Something smells fishy here. Like maybe it technically “runs”, but has a rod knock or something that calls for a new engine. Why else would you suggest an engine swap right there in the ad?

It’s a 1.5 with no P/S and no A/C. Its straight up missing parts. They’re trying to get you to see past the craps motor.

It’s a CP for the steering wheel alone.
